We work hotel ballrooms, convention centres and office atriums across Singapore, and we coordinate load-in windows, freight lifts and floor plans directly with your venue. Our crew arrives 60–90 minutes early in presentable attire, tests everything before doors open, and runs the booth so your committee doesn't have to.
On the paperwork side: formal quotation, invoice, and familiarity with procurement timelines and payment terms. If your company can't use WhatsApp for vendor comms, email works just as well.

November to January is the busiest stretch of the year for Dinner & Dances in Singapore. For those months, book 2 to 3 months ahead if you can. Outside peak season, 3 to 4 weeks is usually comfortable.
Yes, that's the point of a corporate booth. Your logo, event name and theme go on every print and every digital copy shared by guests. Send us your brand assets and we'll design the layout, with a preview for sign-off before the event.
For large headcounts we can deploy additional booths or extend hours so queues stay short. Tell us your expected attendance and programme, and we'll recommend the right setup.
Event galleries are private by default and shared only with the organiser. We can also arrange deletion of the full gallery after handover on request, in line with your company's PDPA obligations.
We regularly set up in hotel ballrooms, convention centres, office atriums and outdoor event spaces across Singapore, and coordinate load-in windows, freight lifts and floor plans directly with the venue. The booth needs a modest corner and access to a standard power socket, which we confirm once we have your venue's floor plan.
